Lady Grizz Wrestling

The Lady Grizz is a wrestling club in Western Massachusetts, specializing in both freestyle and folkstyle. We provide girls through the region with the opportunity to compete and train alongside other female wrestlers.

Girls are welcome to join our Co-Ed class on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

On Wednesdays from 6:30pm – 8pm, we offer a girl’s only class that is specifically taught for our girl athletes. During this class we are focused on instruction and technique in freestyle and folkstyle, but with the additional step of how to incorporate freestyle tactics into our folkstyle season. If you only want to attend this class, the cost is $100.00.

We are looking to take girls to various tournaments locally and nationally. If you have any interest in traveling with our club to tournaments, please reach out to Coach Anna Ernst.
